Lyrit is the Founder of uTopology bringing over 25 years of experience developing and growing sales, marketing, product development, HR and operations teams inside of small, mid and fortune 100 companies. With extensive experience coaching executive and C level professionals, she specializes in strategic planning, culture redesign, and career pathing and development. In her executive coaching work, Lyrit works with leaders to create cohesion between their personal and professional selves to create more authenticity and connectivity in their workplace. Prior to establishing uTopology, Lyrit held leadership positions in commercial real estate, talent acquisition and technology companies, serving in such roles as COO, vice president and product manager. During her tenure, Lyrit has built up many teams such as sales, HR, Operations, Finance, etc. and has mentored and coached many of her employees through growth and promotions. Her experience spans from Start-ups to mid-size ($50M) companies to large fortune 100 organizations. Throughout her professional career, she has been progressively promoted through corporate chains and consistently a winner in various president club programs. Renowned for her innate ability to accurately assess a situation or person, Lyrit strives to develop strategic approaches for her clients to achieve their desired goal. Deeply empathetic, she has the ability to see from her client’s perspective while possessing the clear-eyed vision to see what the client cannot in any given situation. Personable and knowledgeable, Lyrit is known for establishing meaningful relationships with clients which aids her intuition of best-fit matches between individuals and organizations.

Jack, an Arizona native, has a knack for understanding business needs at a core level and adding value as a consultative and strategic partner. Jack started her career as an entrepreneur, founding her own for-profit social enterprise as well as consulting with startups in multiple industries. From consumer goods, to government funded tech groups, she has experienced the gamut in the startup space. Jack has spent the past five years in the NYC market, working in the Retail/Fashion industry for Coach and Kate Spade (companies owned by Tapestry, Inc) in various HR roles, partnering with various division leaders to successfully manage the employee lifecycle. Additionally, she garnered an understanding of multi-brand models, high level/strategic HR solutions, as well as the day to day grit of running a retail business. Jack also spent time at Google, staffing tech roles, amassing exposure to the upper tiers of the tech world, and diving deep into the needs of clients in the multiple segments of the Google universe. Jack brings a distinctive outlook to the uTopology team. With her sharp wit and intellect, she brings an undeniable sense of levity even in the most tense and serious circumstances. Jack excels at finding creative, yet simple solutions for human capital decisions from start-up levels through well established, distributed organizations.
